INFORMATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE ORGANIC LAW ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION 

 1. PRINCIPLE OF INFORMATION

In accordance with the provisions in article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter LOPD - the acronym in Spanish), we inform you explicitly, precisely and unequivocally that the data you provided through the forms for that purpose on our website, or through any other channel for collecting data, as well as those data generated during your relationship with our organization, will be processed on files that are the responsibility of PERIOIMPLANT, S.L., duly notified to the General Data Protection Register of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, for the purpose of compliance and maintenance of the relationship between the recipient of service and our organization, as well as the provision of services resulting therefrom.

Similarly, in compliance with the provisions of the LOPD and Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter LSSI-CE - the acronym in Spanish), we inform you that your data may be used for the purpose of sending commercial or courtesy communications regarding our company via telephone, regular mail, fax, e-mail or equivalent electronic means.

Furthermore, we inform you that your data will be communicated in all those cases where it is necessary for the development, implementation and control of the relationship of the recipient of service with our organization, or in cases where authorized by a rule having the force of law and, in particular, under either of the following circumstances: a) Treatment or communication of the data is aimed at satisfying a legitimate interest of the data controller or the transferee covered by the regulation in question; b) Treatment or communication of the data is necessary in order for the data controller to comply with a duty imposed by the regulation.

2. PRINCIPLE OF CONSENT

Consent to the processing of your data for the purposes described in the previous section is granted through marking the box provided for this purpose on our website.

3. OBLIGATORY NATURE OF THE DATA REQUESTED

Completion of each and every field provided for that purpose on our website forms is obligatory (where this is not the case, fields that are obligatory will be marked with an asterisk). Refusal to provide data would result in the impossibility of compliance and maintenance of the relationship between the recipient of service and our organization, since the requested information is necessary for the provision of services resulting therefrom. 

4. PRINCIPLE OF DATA QUALITY

The recipient of service is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, PERIOIMPLANT, S.L. acting in good faith merely as a service provider.

In the event that the recipient of service provides false information, or for third parties without obtaining their prior consent to do so, the recipient shall be personally accountable to PERIOIMPLANT, S.L., the affected or interested parties, the Spanish Data Protection Agency and, where appropriate, to regional data protection authorities, for liabilities arising from the aforementioned circumstances. 

PERIOIMPLANT, S.L. does not collect data on persons under fourteen years of age through its website. In the event that a person under fourteen years of age provides personal data through the forms for that purpose on our website, or via any other channel for collecting data, PERIOIMPLANT, S.L. shall proceed with the immediate destruction of said data on becoming aware of such circumstances.

In order to comply with the provisions of Article 4.3 of the LOPD, the recipient of service pledges to notify PERIOIMPLANT, S.L. of changes that occur in his/her personal data, so that they accurately correspond to his/her current situation.

5. TRACKING TOOLS TO MONITOR WEB BROWSING    

Our website may use tracking tools to monitor the recipient of service’s web browsing activity within our site, as well as his/her IP address, in order to improve and ensure the provision of services and the technical operation of the website.

6. PRINCIPLE OF DATA SECURITY

PERIOIMPLANT, S.L. pledges to fulfill its obligation of secrecy with regard to personal data and its duty to store the data provided securely, adopting all the technical and organizational measures necessary to prevent the alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access of personal data, taking into consideration the state of the art, the nature of the information stored and the risks to which it is exposed by virtue of human action or the physical or natural environment, implemented in Title VIII of Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the Regulation implementing Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection.

7. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS    

In compliance with the provisions of the LOPD, and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the Regulations implementing the same, the recipient of service may exercise, at any time, the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition with the data controller, attaching a photocopy of his/her national identity document (DNI in Spanish).
